We at Virdi Daily Tech Shop to provide you with the best quality in product. While we don’t offer refunds, we are open to exchanges within a specific timeframe. Below are the details of our updated policies in compliance with our payment gateway’s requirements.

When Things Can Be Returned or Exchanged:

You can return or exchange products within 48 hours of the purchase date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange. Please note that to be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To start the process, please create an unboxing video that shows the product from start to finish, without any pauses or cuts. This is essential for us to understand any damages or issues. Once done, contact us via email, and our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process.

Refund Processing Time:

As we do not offer refunds, our processing time is focused on the exchange process. Once we receive your unboxing video and validate the claim, the new product will be sent to you within 7 days.
